| For Information: The de Havilland Sea Venom FAW.21 was a twin-seat all weather jet fighter, that saw operational service with the "Fleet Air Arm" of the ROYAL NAVY. This model covers: the FAW.21 main production version; the improved FAW.22 fitted with a more powerful engine; plus the FAW.53 (export version of the FAW.21) that saw service with the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). This model includes: a highly detailed cockpit; flaps retracted or fully lowered; air brakes open or closed; two-position arrester hook; plus R.A.T.O.G. installation [note: folded wings require addition detailing set - CMR72-DS07]. A variety of payloads are included such as: Unguided Rocket Projectiles (3 types); H.E. and G.P. Bombs (3 types); plus 100 Gallon Drop Tanks. |
